Service Agreement

1. Use of the Platform

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to purchase physical products through this website.

1.2 Information Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all data provided (Name, Shipping Address, Email) is current and accurate. Atalpha Company LLC is not liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Physical Product Information

2.1 Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in our product photography and descriptions. However, minor variations in color or texture may occur due to device display settings.

2.2 Availability: All physical products are subject to inventory availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without prior notice. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, a full refund will be issued for that item.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Shipping

3.1 Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in USD.

3.2 Taxes: We currently apply a 0% sales tax rate on all orders. Should tax requirements change, they will be clearly calculated at checkout.

3.3 Shipping: A flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00 applies to all orders. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless a return is due to our error.

4. Orders & Payments

4.1 Acceptance: A binding contract is formed only when we successfully process your payment and provide a formal order fulfillment confirmation.

4.2 Payment Gateways: Transactions are handled exclusively via Stripe and PayPal. We do not store sensitive card data on our servers. You warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Delivery & Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss for physical goods pass to the customer upon the carrier (USPS or UPS) marking the shipment as “Delivered.” Atalpha Company LLC is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including product imagery, logos, and text, is owned by or licensed to Atalpha Company LLC. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atalpha Company LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

This agreement and all transactions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
