Atalpha Company LLC provides secure and transparent payment processing for all physical consumer goods transactions.

We offer standardized, encrypted online payment methods to ensure every purchase is completed with financial integrity. Currently, we support two primary payment infrastructures for all orders:

Stripe serves as our primary card processor for secure, real-time transactions. Through this gateway, we accept:

• Debit Cards: Branded debit cards supported by the networks mentioned above.

PayPal Ecosystem

We support payments through the PayPal platform, allowing for secure checkout using your PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, or stored credit/debit cards.

Upon selecting PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to their secure portal to authorize the transaction. Once confirmed, you will return to our site for order completion and fulfillment details.

Charging & Refunds

Payments are authorized and captured at the time of checkout for all physical product orders. If an order cannot be processed, the transaction will be cancelled and any held funds released according to your bank’s schedule.

All approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Processing times generally range from 4 to 12 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
